POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOW The Department of Computer Science at the National University of Singapore (NUS) invites a highly talented and motivated Post-Doctoral Research Fellow to work on a project to develop user-centric data analytics and visualizations to understand urban big data. The post-doctoral research fellow will investigate and develop Machine Learning algorithms and Visualization interfaces for urban plaers and residents. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines

• Expertise in ubiquitous computing, human-computer interaction, machine learning and data visualization is highly desirable

• Experience in developing algorithms for data mining and visualizations

• Interest and experience in working with Big Data and Urban Computing

• Competency in developing and implement algorithms, and programming

• Excellent writing and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently (50%) and team projects (50%)
